Like Mike Huckabee, John McCann is not the only candidate that needs a degree in "Miracles". Like it, want it or not, there will not be another Republican president again for 20 years. That is unless; stem cell research can bring Ronald Regan back to life, a feat John McCann and Mitt Romney failed to do. I'll tell ya, the 32 percent that still think George Bush has done a good job, must own stock in Exxon, Halliburton, China, and Saudi Arabia. I'll even bet that some of you would host gay marriages in your home, if it stopped "them" from reprocessing it? You don't have to be a Democrat to say I told you so.
And now for the Democrats; didn't we just kick you out of Washington? Just because you are getting another chance, does not mean that we are all going to walk around bare-foot with flowers in our hair and move the White House to Disney World. You are there because we have no one else to vote for. If we did, we would. (Please do not send me anymore e-mail regarding Ron Paul. I know he's running for President.)
Liberals, Conservatives Fundamentalist, Right Wing, Left Wing, Libertarians, if I wanted to be ruled by radicals, I would move to Iran.
The majority of this country is not the religious right, or the liberal left. We are the rational middle, but we are not given a rational middle candidate to vote for because the two parties are ran by extremist. There has to be a third party in this country for the middle-class tax payer? Not for the people that pay little or no taxes, and not for the people that don't want to pay any taxes. I wouldn't even mind if the new party was ran by certified accountants, because that's what this country needs, someone that can accurately add and subtract.

<<< REWARD, NO QUESTIONS ASKED>>
Kind viewers and members of this community:
I usually don't do this type of thing, but I am desperate and I have exhausted every method possible to find my lost (stolen) dog. I was hoping you could help through this media and alert pet owners that cruel people are out there to steal pets and sell them or give them as gifts. Which is what I think happened in my case.
My dog Pancho, is a male Chihuahua that I found him last September. I was going through a really rough time in my life and he saved me! Out of all those people, he picked me and without hestiation, I took him home. He brought such light and joy to my life.
On Saturday, February 2 around 10:15 am, I let the dogs out again in my backyard. I ran outside to my car to get something and when I ran back inside I realized it was too cold for them, so I went to the back to let them inside and only one dog came back. I called out for Pancho and checked the backyards and perimeter of the fence. I ran outside and checked the street and could not find him. I screamed his name and I jumped in my car to go look for him. Nothing. I walked up each street and alley, checked backyards and nothing. I did this all day Saturday. I checked the shelters, websites and nothing. At night, I went and printed out some flyers. It was awful. I sat there at the computer at Kinko's bawling my eyes out. My friend had to finish the flyer. I fell apart at Walmart when we went in to get tape. I put the flyers up on Sunday and continued to look for him.
I put an ad in the Albuquerque Journal, Petfinder, and the Animal Human Association. The radio station 100.3 the Peak did a wonderful job in mentioning this story. I have also been to the Albuquerque Animal Services department and reported my dog missing, I put up a flyer there and checked each building to see if my dog was there.
I haven't slept, I have constant reminders of him in my home. My other dog is mourning and I keep praying to God and St. Anthony for his safe return.
I am afraid that with Valentines Day coming up, more dogs are going to turn up missing or stolen. I don't want this to happen to anybody else, especially a child. I am providing pictures of my dog so in case you see him. Please spread the word.
I am desperate and have not been able to stop crying since Saturday. Unfortunately his tag fell off a day before and I had decided to put it back on in the morning. I was also going to get him microchipped this weekend, once I got paid.
I feel like I am doing everything to find him. However, if he was taken from my yard and sold to someone, I would like the public to know that his is unacceptable. I have to go to bed every night, wondering if my Pancho is safe and ok. I hate not knowing how he is and it kills me.
Every day, my heart breaks when I walk into my house, and he is not there. I look at his bed and its empty and his favorite toy, a fleecy lamb, just sits there where he left it in the house. His little companion, my terrier Jessica, sits on the steps of my house waiting for him. His favorite ball is still on my bed where he left it.
Please if you can send a message out to you friends, family, co-workers and neighbors, maybe we can avoid another pain like mine.
Thank you for taking the time to read this post!!
I hope you can help me!
Sincerely,
A desperate doggie owner!!
Global Enconomy: An American Killer -- It is the U.S. consumers that have all the power. It is the people that dictate products, not the sellers. If we do not like a certain product, then we simply do not purchase it. If a toy is made by slave child labor, we boycott and demand change. The seller has no choice but to oblige, if they refuse, we refuse to buy. We do not purchase products that harm our families, then why do we purchase goods that hurt our family’s quality of life?
If you purchase goods and services made in another country and remove that money from your local community, it directly affects you. If you only purchase items made locally, you help your local economy, and money stays in your neighborhood, city, state, and country. However, if you purchase products made in other countries, you only benefit their neighborhood, city, state and country.
With my purchase money I want to help the people of my area first, then the people of my state, after then the people of my country. Only after my local, state and national economy has been satisfied first, then I might consider purchasing a product that helps strengthen another country. With every product I buy that is made in another country, or service I use, I hurt the people and economy of my country. We can survival terrorist attacks; it is what we are doing to the dollar that will destroy us. We can blame the government for allowing jobs to be sent overseas, but We the People are the consumers, and only we can make the United States a financial power again.

I am a child of Watergate. My first knowledge of our political system was that Presidents lie and sometimes commit crimes. I learned that once upon a time, there was a man named Bobby Kennedy, whom everyone said would have changed the world. Instead of a changed world I learned that some Presidents fall down a lot, and others give away the Panama Canal. Then came Reagan...the first candidate I ever campaigned for...much to the dismay of my college friends. I ended up not voting for him, more out of peer pressure than conviction. Then I found out that ketchup was a vegetable & that increases in military spending means cuts in veterens funding. The cynic that was born during Watergate became an adult that laughed at the whole process.
During the 90's, I voted for Clinton and began to lose a touch of my cynical edge. Then I was taught the true meaning of "is" and found out that you paid for that education with last minute pardons sold to the highest bidder during your last few hours of office. I promised never to lose my cynical nature again.
Now we have reached a point where nothing gets done, because of a political process that emphasizes divisions and makes us remember how different the "other guy" is. A world that is very much in line with my cynical view.
Unfortunately, this year the Senator from Illinois decided to run. I have listened to his inspiring speeches, watched in wonder at the crowds that gather, read his books and studied his positions. I find myself wondering if maybe I shouldn't try "believing" one last time as an adult. In 40 years of watching the political process, I've never seen a Kennedy compare anyone to Bobby Kennedy.
When Eisenhower won the presidency, it was because Americans crossed party lines to vote for him. The same thing happened in 1980 & 1984 for Ronald Reagan. Perhaps this is the year that Republicans & Independants ask for a Democratic ballot in the primary. The choice is simple, you can offer Senator Obama a few more hours on the national stage and a little more time to get to know him before November. Or you can listen to the same old political lines for the next 10 months by allowing Democrats to nominate Hillary Clinton.
DO WE WANT A REASONED DEBATE BETWEEN SEN. OBAMA AND THE REPUBLICAN NOMINEE OR DO WE WANT TO LISTEN TO 10 MONTHS OF "HILLARY SPEAK"?
If you are a dissatisified Republican or an Independent wondering what to do.....please consider becoming one of the many OBAMICANS. REMEMBER....ONLY YOU CAN SAVE OUR EARDRUMS.
But in the unlikely story that is America...
there has never been anything false about HOPE!
Conspicuous Consumption Economics
Conspicuous consumption is the force that drives the U.S. economy. If the consumers are not consuming, then the economy is not moving. But it takes more then just spending to spur growth. If consumer goods are not manufactured locally, the proceeds from the sales are not retained locally. If the jobs that create these consumer goods are sent to another country, then it is that country’s economy that benefits from our conspicuous consumption. All we benefit from are a bunch of consumer goods that ultimately end up populating our land fills.
Now let's look at China's booming economy. Because so many jobs and manufacturing have been sent to China, this means that their economy is flooded with U.S. payroll dollars. Now the Chinese people have money for consumer goods. U.S. businesses may have larger bottom line profits because of overseas outsourcing and sending factors to China in the short term, but in the long term, it will be the Chinese people and their businesses that will cut them out of the middle.
A real stimulus plan for the U.S. should have long term benefits, not short term goals that borrow American money from China, and then loan it to Americans, that have to be paid back to China. For real long term growth, (This means economic growth after the elections) Factors and jobs have to come back to America. But before that can happen, healthcare has to be fixed. Healthcare costs are too much for a company to make a profit.

Making the Rich Richer
On a construction site, during lunch, over 30 years ago; I sat beside my dad, on the ground, and listened while the other construction workers debated on how to disturb rich people's money. One said that he would take away all the wealth from all the rich and divide it among all the people. Another said that he would only take all the foreigners wealth and divide it because they were not American's, while even another said he would take all the money, cars, and expensive homes, sell them and then divide all the proceeds. My dad laughed out loud and said, "It wouldn't matter. You can take every penny they own, divide it equally among all the citizens in this country, giving everyone that exact same amount, and the rich would have it all back again within a year."
They all grunted and disagreed. He then continued;
"if you don't have the initiative to make the money, you certainly don't have the initiative to keep it. The first thing that everyone would do is go out and buy. You would fill you new homes with, new furniture, and new kitchen ware, and buy new cars for your new garages. You would buy all the stuff that you don't need, but always wanted, until every penny has been returned to its true owners. And after every penny is gone, you would have homes and cars that you could not afford, and then you would sell them at a much lower values until it was all gone. Then the rich would be even richer, and we would all be back here a year later, finishing this building."
So the government knows what they are talking about with this new stimulus package.
With high tech, medical research jobs, and the vacuum created from the manufacturing sector leaving this country, the legs have been kicked out of our economy, and can not stand on its own with our manufactured products being produced in other countries. Trickle down economics is trickling down in China, India and Mexico. Our elected leaders are not serving those that elected them, they serve those that financed their election.
John McCann said it best in Michigan, “…lost jobs will not return to Michigan!”
President Bush said it worst, “…oil prices are high because of supply and demand. The U.S. people cut back on purchasing gas, so the price went up.” Are high gas prices our fault?
You can not cut taxes without reducing government spending. You can not reduce government spending without losing support from special interest groups. Politicians can not lose support from special interest without losing needed dollars to become re-elected.
The proposed stimulus plan is not a boast for the people, they want to boast spending. Who benefits from spending? What will they do if we put that money in the bank and do not spend it? Will they issue another 150 billion dollars in government gift cards? Where are they going to get 150 billion dollars from?

http://www.wirelessamberalerts.org/
You can sign up on the site for FREE Amber Alerts sent to your mobile phone as a text message when one is issued. When you sign up, you specify which zip code(s) you would like to receive alerts for. The site explains that you do not have to enter in multiple zip codes for the same city because most Amber Alerts are issued state-wide. The website does not charge any sort of fee for this, and neither does your wireless carrier. (Except maybe standard text message rates, not sure about that. The website has some sort of partnership with most of the carriers in the US). I will most likely sign up in the near future, and I would encourage everyone else to do the same ASAP.
The U.S. budget deficit is financed by borrowing. More and more of that money comes from China, now the United States' second-largest lender, after Japan. China's investment in U.S. government debt has more than tripled in the past five years, from $71 billion in 2000 to $242 billion in 2005.
My question is; what are they using for collateral, the future labor of its citizens?
Insolvency
When an individual or organization can no longer meet its financial obligations with its lender or lenders as debts become due. Insolvency can lead to insolvency proceedings, in which legal action will be taken against the insolvent entity, and assets may be liquidated to pay off outstanding debts.
What do we need to be a solvent nation again? I think we only need to follow the money trail to see the answer?
Terms for your Re-election:
Dear Senator, Congressman, Governor, Presidential Candidate and others that want to be elected or re-elected. After reviewing your offer of $600 for my continued support I must say that you waited too long and offer too little. Although $600 seems like a lot if you’ve never had $600 before, and it might hold my interest through to the primaries, I’m going to need a lot more to get me to the November elections. How much more will be determined based from your 4 year review:
Fuel Costs: As you know fuel costs have increased significantly, what use to be $20 a week for me has doubled? This means I’m going to I will need an additional $1040 of my money back to purchase gasoline for my car.
Electricity: My electric bill has also increased by an average $80 a month. That would be $960 for the year.
Insurance: My home owners insurance has also doubled so I’m going to need another $800.
Clothing, electronics, and other merchandise: Since the manufacturing of consumer goods are made in China now, and the savings have never been passed on to me, and moreover, the taxes that would normally be collected on these goods where not, and they were collected on my middle-class labored wages. I am going to need some of that back as well.
The dollar has been devalued by 20%; this means that I lose twenty cents on the dollar, so I’m also going to require a 20% reduction on my federal taxes to off set the extra expense I incur because of it.
Finally there is a little matter regarding my health care. It has been brought to my attention that the President, all the Senators, Congressmen, Governors, aids, and all government workers, and their families have national healthcare but I do not. So my tax dollars are paying for your healthcare and not mine? You have until November 1st to explain why this is?
These are my terms. You have less than 11 months…GO!
Best regards,
Douglas Chick ( I )
