The fair act is mostly meant to wipe out conservative radio. It was tried once before, with disastrous results. They want to try it again because Air America and other liberal stations get such poor ratings that it couldn't possibly make them any worse, but they know that conservatives own talk radio and the internet. Scares the hell out of them.

So far we have a short list of Obama first hundred days in office...

Make Puerto Rico the 51st state.

Bring back Affirmative Action.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform (Amnesty).

Universal Healthcare for everyone, including illegals.

Prepare the country for the North American Union in 2010.

Fairness Act to take away more of your free speech.

Have town hall meetings with every major terrorist organization and regime in the world.

If he gets in this country is doomed.

The liberals cant beat us head to head so they turn to the trial attorneys again to shut us up. Real Netorks guy ( I took Real off my PC) funded the now bankrupted Air America.

And by the way, I pay for my own health insurance. It's expensive but because I'm paying for all of the uninsured patients, but that's a "choice" that I make.

To a hillbilly free healthcare may sound like a good thing, but free is never free. Ask Canada or England how THEIR Socialist medicine programs are working out. They're so bad that Canadians are coming down here for medical care.

Granted, prescriptions are cheap, but God forbid you get cancer. You'll be waiting for 6-8 months for your operation. Also check the tax rates in both of those countries. Like I said, somebody has to pay for this. There's nothing FREE in this world

Where I work, (Crawford Broadcasting), we have taken steps to insure that we would not get silenced if the unfairness doctrine gets passed like Hilary's stinky gas! Where there's a will, there is a way! The lie-bureau's squawk radio plan will blow up in their faces, if they pass it, for there will be angry mobs of folks going after them, should they try to silence conservatives.

By the way Hotmamajama, I read your response on Demboy's latest blog: so how do you rank the 3 liberals (from dumb to dumbest) - in other words, who's the simpleton, the jackal, and the moonbat? And will McCain support the unfairness doctrine?

By the way, I forgot to mention one more thing: I was working at a conference held at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills on May 17th: one of the speakers was retired Israeli General Shimon Erem. General Erem told us that the worst president we ever had is Jimmy Carter, and that he continually does damage to the United States whenever he goes out to negotiate a peace treaty. And from what I've noticed, Barack Obama comes from the Jimmy Carter school of Democracy in the Democrat Party. Besides lighting the fuse to the Unfairness Doctrine, he'll light the fuse to a Middle East disaster if he gets into office. The snake has spit into Borat's eyes! Hopefully that piece of work stays out of office!

Newsmax.com just came out with the news that the FCC Chair doesn't support the Fairness Doctrine, and thinks they should have gotten rid of it years ago.
